The project is a set of photographs in which the artist becomes a number of invented characters. Self-portrait is still in progress and will probably never be completed because the author intends to document his face throughout his life.

Paweł Bajew (b. 1981, Puławy)
A self-taught photographer, he began in photography in 2007. He has several individual exhibitions under his belt, including one at the Obok ZPAF Gallery in Warsaw. In March 2009, his project Dziwadła (Oddballs) took third place in the first International Festival of Young Photography in Jarosław. In April 2009 Bajew won first place in the Polish Flag in the Lens competition. In May 2009 his works appeared in the limited-edition album New Polish Nude Photography published by Negoist.
